      How to add a Logitech integration (Sync Cloud API)

      Prerequisites

      • You need to have your systems registered in Logitech Sync with an applicable license
      • You need admin access to the Sync tenant where your systems are registered
      • Read the Logitech Sync Support pages page

      How to generate API credentials in Logitech Sync

      1. Log in to Logitech Sync Cloud with an admin account

      2. Navigate to System in the left nav bar

      3. Open the Sync Cloud API Tab

      4. In the top section, click the Generate new certificate button

        Note: Only two certificates are supported at the same time within one sync account.



      5. Record your Certificate and Private Key; you will need this later

      6. Scroll down past the Sync API client certificates panel

      7. Record your Org ID; you will need this later

      8. You have now configured the API access in Logitech Sync

      How to add integration in Neowit

      1. Login to Neowit->Settings-> Integrations
      2. Click the Plus sign in the lower right corner
      3. Find the Logitech integration from the list of available integrations, and click Add
      4. Name: Name the integration in platform
      5. Copy/paste Organization ID,  Certificate and Private Key from Logitech Sync
      6. Click Add

      All devices connected to this organization ID will appear under Devices.
