1. Admin User Changes

1.1 AI Chat Agents - Neo

Neowit now features two specialized AI agents, each designed for a distinct use case. You’ll find these under the New Chat category in the sidebar.

Insights Agent

Use the Insights Agent to perform deep analytics on your building data, including booking patterns, sensor readings, and outdoor temperature trends. Choose between two modes based on your needs:

Speed	Moderate – deeper analysis takes longer	High – up to 3.6× faster in tests
Best for	Complex queries, cross-referencing data, detailed reports	Quick lookups, simple questions, at-a-glance metrics

Booking Agent

The Booking Agent provides a conversational interface for managing room and desk bookings. It supports reservations directly within Neowit as well as through integrated Outlook and Google Calendar accounts.

ℹ️ Member Access Note

The Booking Agent is currently disabled for Member users by default. To enable it, please contact the Neowit team. A self-service configuration option will be available in the coming weeks.

Usage Credits: All organizations receive a baseline allocation of AI credits included in their current subscription. These credits cover some usage of both agents.

Navigation: Two new items appear under the Chat category:

New Chat – Start a conversation with either agent
Your Chats – Access your full conversation history

1.2 Redesigned Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar has been completely redesigned with a collapsible layout for a cleaner navigation. The menu structure has been reorganized as follows:

The new Marketplace for Integrations is now available under Admin, allowing you to browse and connect third-party services directly from the Neowit platform.

Optional: Enable Chat for Members

You can enable New Chat and Your Chats for Member users upon request. Note that Members will only have access to the Booking Agent – the Insights Agent is reserved for Admin users.
