Version Update – March 16, 2026

This release introduces Manage Booking Permissions in Workspace Profile. This change will take effect on March 16, 2026.

New Setting: Manage Booking Permissions

You can now control whether Members are allowed to delete each other's bookings. A new Workspace  Profile setting — “Allow managing others' bookings” — has been added, giving Admins more granular control over booking management.

When this setting is disabled, only users with Admin privileges can delete bookings made by other users. This helps prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion of bookings within your organization.

The setting can be found at the bottom of the "Create Profile" Workspace settings page.
