This release introduces Workspace Preview. The changes will take effect on March 13, 2026.

Meet Workspace Preview: Your office, fast-forwarded ⏩

Eliminate the "desk-hunt" anxiety. With Workspace Preview, you can jump forward in time to see exactly how your office will look next Tuesday, next week, or next month. It is as easy as watching a video. 

  • A dynamic timeline overlay for the floor plans.

  • Allows users to visualize occupancy data and desk availability for any future date.

  • Find available desks on a specific time and click the resource of you choice and book it.

 

 

Note

Workspace Preview and booking are available for a 60-day timeframe.
