How to add a Yealink integration (YMCS)

Prerequisites

• You need to have your systems registered in YMCS (Yealilnk Management Cloud Service)
• You need admin access to the YMCS tenant where your systems are registered
• Generated API Credentials in YMCS
• Current support for RoomSensor Pro paired with RoomPanel
• Read the Yealink YMCS Support page

How to generate API credentials in YMCS

1. Log in to YMCS
2. Click System > Integration > API
3. Click Edit to Reacquire the authentication information. The old authentication information will become invalid immediately.
   • Click  to view the corresponding information.
   • Click  to copy the corresponding information.

How to add integration in Neowit

1. Login to Neowit->Settings-> Integrations
2. Click the Plus sign in the lower right corner
3. Find the Yealink integration from the list of available integrations, and click Add
4. Name: Name the integration in platform
5. Copy/paste Client ID (AccessKey ID) and Client Secret (AccessKey Secret) from YMCS
6. Click Add

All devices connected to this organization ID will appear under Devices.
