How can I use the filter function

To filter between views will help locate the specific type of space you desire. Here are some ways to use it.

You can filter on:

• Floor level; all or a specific floor
• View; map or list 
• Space:
  • Only Rooms 
  • Only Desk 
  • Favorites; a list of spaces that you have marked with a star
• What is free/available or in use

• Filter; If there is a specific space you want, you can type in name  of room, desk or booking subject to filter it out.

Examples of filtering:

• I wish to find a available meeting room on all floors- All floors, map view, only rooms that is free 
• I wish to find a desk in the 4 floor, and want to also se what is occupied- 4 floor, map view, only desk that is free
• I wish to find a desk that is one of my favorites in all floors- all floor, map, Star
• I wish to locate desk 200-3D- Write 200-3D in Filter
