How do I change floor plan?

Updating your digital floor plan is critical whenever changes are made to the physical layout of your workplace

An outdated digital floor plan can lead to confusion and inefficiency. Keeping it up-to-date ensures everyone has access to accurate information about room and desks

Before starting:

• New floor plan that is in PNG file (recommend transparent background).
• The same size as the previous

Follow these steps:

1. Go til buildings
2. Choose floor and click the three dots
3. Click edit.
   Here you can:
   1. Change the name
   2. Change capacity
   3. Upload a new floor plan
      
4. After uploading your floorplan, you may need to do some adjustment to your chosen region to match the new floorplan.
   
   
   
5. When you're satisfied, press save.

Now that your new floor plan is uploaded, you may also need adjust the areas and move devices.

Note: When there is a lot of devices in the floorplan, I recommend you too hide devices by changing view settings to areas.
