How to set up a password for app if the setup link is not working

If you can't get the setup link to work or you don't have email on your phone, you can set a password on your account and use that to log in to the Openpath app.

     

            To set up a password please follow these steps:

            1. Go to https://control.openpath.com

            2. Click Forgot Password

            3. Enter the email address from which you received the Openpath setup email from

            4. Check your email for the Forgot Password email

            5. From that email, click the included link to set a password

            6. Once your browser opens you'll be able to set a password, which will be associated with your email address

            7. Close the Browser

            Now that you have a password set up on your account:

            1. Open the Openpath app on your mobile device

            2. Enter your email address, then tap Next

            3. Tap Use Password Instead

            4. Enter your password, then tap Log in

            5. You should now be logged in.
