How to add new users

1. Click on the cogwheel/Settings
2. Click on users and the plus button
3. Fill in: name, email. Choose role 
   
   Member: A member can only see workspace modul and can only read/right  to rom or desks that they have access.
   Workspace: A workspace admin had admin rights to workspace. Delete bookings for others.
   Admin: Access to everything
4. Choose how user should logg in (Standard is Username and password).
   To use other authentication you need to add a identity providers:
   
   • Microsoft Entry ID (Azure AD)
   • Google Workspace (GSuite)
5. Click add, and we will send an email to the invited user with details on how to complete the signup.
