How to add Neat Pulse integration

Prerequisites

• Neat Pulse Control access
• Have a Neat Pulse Plus or Pro services plans
• Configure auto framing to your devices: Framing Boundary

How to find Organization ID and API Key in Neat Pulse:

1. 1. Organization ID: You will find your name and organization ID  in settings
      
   2. API key: Send a request to Neat with name and Organization name. If you have a plus or pro service plan you will get access to Integration to make a Token.  Give your integration a name, read, write and click add. Copy the token, that is your API Key
      

How to add integration in Neowit

1. Login to Neowit->Settings-> Integrations
2. Name: Name the integration in platform
3. Copy/paste Organization ID and API Key(token)
4. Click Add

All devices connected to this organization ID will appear under Devices.
We currently don't support Neat center.
